Cancellations & Returns

Cancellations

All orders are final once placed. Because our products are made to order and production begins promptly, we are unable to accept cancellations under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before submitting. If you have questions prior to ordering, we’re always happy to help at orders@deliciosadecor.com.

Returns

We do not accept returns. All Deliciosa Decor products are custom, made-to-order 3D printed light mounts and accessories, and do not contain any electrical components. Due to the nature of our manufacturing process, all sales are final.

Exchanges

In rare cases, exchanges may be considered at our sole discretion. Exchanges are typically not available for smaller-quantity orders and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact orders@deliciosadecor.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details, and we will review your request.
